Park Day

I had an open Tuesday morning, so I hit the Phil Hardberger Park in San Antonio for some running, a little walking, and working out in a different space. The shade still held some coolness with the temperature rising, and it felt good to be outside and sweating. I passed plenty of people of all ages, but the wide trails were peaceful. The park features sturdy stone benches that are the perfect height for tricep dips and bench push-ups; I also threw in some ab work and jumping lunges to make a nice little workout - and to feed the mosquitoes. Keep moving and they won't catch you.
